Troubleshooting assistance

Offer support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues in the classroom (France, 2020). 

Collaborative problem-solving

Work with teachers to identify and address technology-related  challenges, providing resources and guidance for overcoming obstacles  (France, 2020). 


Professional Development

Facilitating peer learning

Organize opportunities for teachers to learn from each other through collaborative workshops or peer coaching (Cummings, 2020). 

Providing targeted training

Offer training sessions on specific technology tools or integration  strategies tailored to the needs and interests of individual teachers  (Cummings, 2020). 


Digital Citizenship and Responsibility

Emphasizing online safety

Teach students about digital footprints, online safety, and responsible technology use (France, 2020). 

Fostering ethical use

 Encourage ethical use of digital resources and respect for intellectual property in both students and teachers (France, 2020).
